Cedar Rose Nails (CRN) was established by owner and operator Rosetta R Serawop on November 01, 2024 under an Internship with Evergreen Nail Co in Vernal, Utah and completed requirements in March of 2025. Received the Utah State License on April 16, 2025. Certified in the Luminary Nails Systems by completing the On-line Certification Part One on July 21, 2025 and Part Two on August 11, 2025. Also attending the In-person Certification Class on August 17, 2025 in Ogden, Utah. CRN is located at two great locations in the Uintah Basin, Glam Factor Salon in Vernal, Utah and Tease Hair Design in Roosevelt. CRN not only offers Luminary but also Acrylic, Gel-X and Polygel nail enhancements.
